Medical Assisting: Foundations and Practices by Margaret Sc Frazier, Christine Malone

This book is a concentrated study of the foundations and practices of Medical Assisting and contains every thing you could know to succeed as a medical assistant. Each chapter begins with an outline of the medical assistant’s particular position as it pertains to the content presented in the chapter and in addition includes CAAHEP entry-stage competencies for CMAs and ABHES entry-stage competencies for RMAs. A list of competencies appears in chapters through which procedures are presented. For every competency, principle is mentioned, required supplies are listed, and the procedure is offered within the proper format with the task, circumstances, and a space for the teacher to add the required normal (deadlines, required accuracy, or mandatory achievement).medical assistance
